- If you're not fully satisfied with DFRNT for any reason, no worries. We offer a free trial so you can try on your own, and you can cancel at any time. Do let us know at support@dfrnt.com if there is something we can fix, and we'll take care of you.
- What is the relationship between DFRNT and TerminusDB?
- TerminusDB and DFRNT are fully independent companies. DFRNT leverages TerminusDB as a hosting partner for professional hosting of your TerminusDB instances as a customer of DFRNT. Key benefits of DFRNT hosting includes integration options, financial contributions to continued TerminusDB development, an easy-to-use modelling environment and stable TerminusDB production releases.
- Are my credit card details safe with you?
- Yes! All subscriptions are sold via Paddle, a well-known SaaS subscription Merchant of Record. This means we never see your credit card details, and Paddle ensures everything with your transation is handled securely and by the book.
- Do I have to stay if I sign up or start a free trial?
- No. There is no obligation to continue when you sign up for the free trial or monthly subscription. You can cancel online at any time in the subscriptions management section of the in-app settings.
- What is the base plan?
- When you sign up, your free trial starts, and includes everything. If you don't need the professional plan features and are mostly interested in data modelling, the base plan is for you!
- Do you offer educational licenses?
- Yes. Staff, teachers and students at educational institutions are eligible for a significant discount on DFRNT Professional subscriptions. Simply sign up for the free trial to see that it fulfils your expectations, then email us at support@dfrnt.com using your educational or academic email address to receive the discount to apply when you sign up to the Professional subscription.
- In the checkout, nothing happens, or the checkout box does not show up in my browser?
- Our security solution relies on strict security, especially for the checkout, which is only supported and well-tested on recent mainstream browsers. Most if not all other functionality should work well recent browsers. Retry the checkout with a mainstream browser if something seems odd, when it goes wrong, the checkout often shows up in the lower-left corner of the screen.
